Abstract: Objective By using ultrasound S-Detect technology combined with simplified MRI of the breast to examine patients with breast tumours,to explore the value of the application of this combined examination technology in breast physical examination work.Methods One hundred and twenty tumour lesions that were examined by breast ultrasound and MRI and underwent puncture or surgery to obtain pathological results from January 2020 to December 2021 in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected.The di-agnostic efficacy of ultrasound S-Detect technique,simplified MRI of the breast and their concurrent diagnosis was evaluated using breast tumour pathology results as the gold standard.Results The sensitivity of S-De-tect,simplified MRI and their combined diagnosis was 80.9%,88.3%,94.7%,the specificity was 73.1%,84.6%,88.5%,the accuracy was 79.2%,87.5%,93.3%,and the Kappa values of the consistency test with the pathology were 0.47,0.66,0.81 and the AUC were 0.77,0.86,0.91,respectively.Conclusion The combination of ultrasound S-Detect and simplified MRI for breast tumour detection has a higher sensitivity,specificity,ac-curacy,and consistency with pathology than the use of S-Detect or simplified MRI alone,and is able to detect breast tumours and differentiate between benign and malignant tumours more effectively,playing an active role in the detection of breast tumours and making a positive contribution to the clinical development of breast tumours.It can detect breast tumours more effectively and distinguish benign and malignant tumours,which can play a positive role in the detection of breast tumours and provide help in the clinical development of treat-ment plans.
