Abstract： Objective To investigate the value of serum basic fibroblast growth factor(bFGF)combined with stromal cell derived factor-1α(SDF-1α)in the evaluation of blood circulation after replantation of severed fin-ger.Methods The clinical data of seventy two patients admitted to the hospital from March 2021 to March 2022 after replantation of severed finger were retrospectively analyzed.The patients were followed up for 1 year and divided into abnormal blood circulation group(n=25)and non-abnormal blood circulation group(n=47)according to the early prognosis.The serum bFGF and SDF-1α levels of the abnormal blood circulation group and the non-abnormal blood circulation group were compared,the clinical data of the abnormal blood circulation group and the non-abnormal blood circulation group were compared,the influencing factors of ab-normal blood circulation after finger replantation were analyzed by Logistic multivariate regression,and the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC)was drawn.Area under the curve(AUC)was used to evaluate the value of serum bFGF and SDF-1α levels and their combination in the assessment of abnormal blood circu-lation after replantation of severed finger.Results 25 cases of abnormal finger replantation were recorded as abnormal blood circulation group and 47 cases were recorded as non-abnormal blood circulation group.The se-rum bFGF level in the abnormal blood circulation group was higher than that in the non-abnormal blood circu-lation group(P＜0.05),and the preoperative SDF-1a level in the abnormal blood circulation group was lower than that in the non-abnormal blood circulation group(P＜0.05).There were no significant differences in age,sex,smoking,hypertension,diabetes,hyperlipidemia and epididymis protein 4(HE4)between the abnormal blood circulation group and the non-abnormal blood circulation group(P＜0.05).()ne year after replantation of severed finger,abnormal blood circulation was used as dependent variable(non-abnormal blood circulation=0,abnormal blood circulation=1),and serum bFGF and SDF-1α levels were used as independent variables for Logistic regression analysis.The results showed that serum bFGF and SDF-1α were both influencing fac-tors of abnormal blood circulation after replantation of severed finger(P＜0.05).ROC curve results showed that the serum bFGF and SDF-1α levels and the AUC value(95％CI)of the combined evaluation of abnormal blood circulation after finger reimplantation were 0.713,0.719 and 0.811,respectively(P＜0.05).Conclusion Serum bFGF and SDF-1α can be used to evaluate abnormal blood circulation after replantation of severed finger,and their combined value is higher.
