Abstract： Objective To evaluate the change of platelet inhibition rate after aspirin and clopidogrel in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)and after stenting.Methods The study subjects were all one hundred and fifty hospitalized patients with acute coronary heart disease who underwent PCI from September 2019 to Sep-tember 2022,and were divided into three groups:aspirin group,clopidogrel group,and aspirin and clopidogrel combined treatment group.Thromboelastography was used to detect platelet inhibition induced by arachidonic acid(AA)pathway and adenosine diphosphate(ADP)receptor pathway after antiplatelet therapy in all pa-tients.Results There was no difference in general information such as gender,age,and type of underlying disease among the three groups of patients(P＞0.05).There were significant differences in platelet inhibition rate and clinical effect between aspirin group,Clopidogrel group,aspirin group and Clopidogrel combination group(P＜0.05),but no difference in Adverse drug reaction(P＞0.05).There was no difference between as-pirin sensitive group and non sensitive group in terms of gender,age and whether there was hypertension,while diabetes,smoking,hyperlipidemia and obesity factors were related to aspirin drug sensitivity(P＜0.05).There was no difference between the Clopidogrel sensitive group and the non sensitive group in terms of age and hypertension,while gender,diabetes,smoking,hyperlipidemia and overweight were related to Clopidogrel drug sensitivity(P＜0.05).Conclusion Aspirin and clopidogrel have synergistic effect on platelet inhibition rate,and the combination of them can enhance platelet inhibition rate.Improve the therapeutic effect without increasing the adverse reaction of the drug.
