Rapeutic effect of edaravone dexcamphorol butylphthalein combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on ischemic stroke

Abstract: Objective To study the clinical effect of edaravone dexcamphorol and butylphthalein combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy on ischemic stroke.Methods A total of eighty-eight patients with acute cere-bral infarction admitted from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected and divided into control group(for-ty-three cases were treated with edaravone dexcamphorol and butylphthalide)and observation group(forty-five cases were treated with Edaravone dexcamphorol and butylphthalide,and on the basis of hyperbaric oxy-gen therapy)by random number table method and observation group.The therapeutic efficacy of the observa-tion group and the control group were compared.Inflammatory response indicators(interleukin IL-2 and inter-leukin IL-6)and blood homocysteine levels were detected before and two weeks after treatment in the two groups.Neurological impairment after two weeks of treatment was evaluated and compared between the two groups using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score.Results There were no signifi-cant differences in inflammatory response index(interleukin IL-2 and interleukin IL-6),blood homocysteine level and NIHSS score of neurological impairment between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,inflammatory response indexes(interleukin IL-2 and interleukin IL-6),blood homocys-teine level and NIHSS score of neurological impairment in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Edaravone dexcamphorol and bu-tylphthalein combined with hyperbaric oxygen therapy has a clear therapeutic effect on patients with ischemic stroke,which can not only reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,reduce inflammatory response,but also reduce blood homocysteine level,so as to improve the neurological function of patients and improve the living standard of patients.
