Effects of microbial agents and corn protein ferment on physiological characteristics in leaves and yield of tomato

Abstract: 为解决设施长季节栽培番茄因养分管理不当引发的植株早衰问题,本研究以'圣罗兰3689'番茄为试材,以正常管理为对照(CK),研究微生物菌剂(T1)、玉米蛋白酵素(T2)及两者配施(T3)对长季节栽培番茄叶片光合特性和抗氧化酶活性等生理特性的影响,探究其延缓叶片衰老的生理机制.结果表明:单独施用微生物菌剂或玉米蛋白酵素均能提高番茄叶片光合特性和抗氧化酶活性,但两者配施效果更好.微生物菌剂和玉米蛋白酵素配施(T3)处理后80 d,番茄叶片中叶绿素(a+b)含量、净光合速率、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶和过氧化氢酶活性分别较CK增加16.4%、30.9%、23.4%、33.0%和40.3%.处理后210 d,株高和茎粗分别较CK增加8.2%和7.0%,产量显著增加9.9%.综上所述,微生物菌剂和玉米蛋白酵素配施可通过提高番茄叶片中叶绿素含量、净光合速率和抗氧化酶活性来延缓叶片衰老,促进番茄生长,提高产量.
