Correlation of cytokines IL-6, IL-8 and TNF-α levels in peripheral blood with APACHEⅡ score in acute pancreatitis

Abstract： 目的探讨急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis, AP)患者外周血细胞因子的变化与APACHEⅡ评分的相关性.方法化学发光法检测66例AP患者外周血IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α的变化及按APACHEⅡ评分,评估病情的严重程度.结果 AP患者中IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α的含量明显增高,与正常对照组比较差异非常显著(P < 0.01),细胞因子的变化与病情严重程度相一致,与APACHEⅡ评分呈正相关.结论 IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α和APACHEⅡ评分能够作为评价AP严重程度的客观指标.
