Abstract: Objective To analyze the clinical effects of different treatment regimens in patients with liver cirrhosis accompanied by esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding. Methods The selected study subjects were 68 patients with liver cirrhosis accompanied by esophageal and gastric variceal bleeding who were treated in Yudu County People's Hospital from February 2021 to January 2023.Divided into groups using the bicolor sphere method, with 34 cases each. The control group patients were treated with omeprazole and octreotide acetate, while the observation group was treated with terlipressin on the basis of the control group.Compare comprehensive therapeutic effects. Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of HVPG in both groups decreased, and the HVPG levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 10 and 30 minutes of treatment(P<0.05);the blood pressure levels of each group were tested, and the observation group was lower than the control group. The heart rate levels were compared, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);the levels of serum gastrin(GAS)in the observation group after treatment were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);the average hemostatic time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the follow-up rebleeding rate was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Progressive development of liver cirrhosis can lead to esophageal and gastric varices, after rupture and bleeding, treatment with terlipressin, octreotide acetate, and omeprazole can quickly stop bleeding in a short period of time.It can also improve the self function of the digestive tract mucosa, which is more conducive to its repair effect and has an inhibitory effect on rebleeding.
