Abstract： Objective To explore the effect of different doses of aminophylline on awakening of children after general anesthesia.Methods The clinical data of 80 children who underwent inguinal hernia surgery in Shicheng County People's Hospital from January 2020 to June 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into group A(60 cases were treated with aminophylline)and group C(20 cases were treated with the same amount of normal saline)according to different postoperative awakening methods.According to the different dosage of aminophylline used in group A,they were divided into A1 group(1mg/kg),A3 group(3 mg/kg)and A5 group(5 mg/kg),with 20 cases each.The mean arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),exit time after extubation,recovery time and adverse reactions were compared.Results There was no significant difference in MAP and HR between the four groups at different time points(P＞0.05).The recovery time of A5 group was shorter than that of A3 group,A1 group and C group,the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The exit time after extubation in groups A1,A3 and A5 was shorter than that in group C,with statistical significance(P＜0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the comparison of the exit time after extubation in groups A1,A3 and A5(P＞0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in group A1 was the lowest,but there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions among the four groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion 5 mg/kg aminophylline has the best effect in children after general anesthesia,which can effectively shorten the postoperative recovery time,is safe and reliable,and is worthy of popularization and application.
