Abstract： Objective To observe the clinical effect of citrus bioflavonoids tablets combined with wubeizi decoction fumigation in the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids.Methods 99 cases of patients with inflammatory external hemorrhoids in Xiangdong District People's Hospital from January 2023 to August 2023 were studied and randomly divided into group A,group B and group C,33 cases each.Patients in group A were treated with citrus bioflavonoids tablets combined with wubeizi decoction fumigation,patients in group B were treated with citrus bioflavonoids tablets,and patients in group C were treated with wubeizi decoction fumigation,all for 7 days.The therapeutic effect,and pain(VAS)score,anal edema score and symptom score of the three groups were observed and compared.Results After 7 days of treatment,the total effective rate of group A was higher than that of group B and group C(P＜0.05);anal pain(VAS)score,anal edema score and symptom score of group A were lower than those of group B and group C(P＜0.05).Conclusion Citrus bioflavonoids tablets combined with wubeizi decoction fumigation for the treatment of inflammatory external hemorrhoids is better.
