Abstract： Objective To explore the effects of zishen yutai pills combined with progesterone on clinical efficacy,progesterone levels,and hemorheological indicators in patients with threatened abortion.Methods 60 patients with threatened abortion who received treatment in Ruijin People's Hospital(30 in the control group and 30 in the experimental group)were selected for observation and analysis.The control group was treated with progesterone,while the experimental group was treated with zishen yutai pills in combination with progesterone.Observe the treatment effect of two groups of threatened miscarriage patients,as well as the changes in sexual hormone levels and blood rheology levels before and after treatment.Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group(P＜0.05).There was no difference in blood progesterone levels,hemorheology,and uterine placental perfusion indicators between the two groups of patients before treatment(P＞0.05).After treatment,the progesterone levels in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05),and the hemodynamic indicators and high shear whole blood viscosity of the two groups of patients decreased compared to before treatment,the differences in S/D,PI,and high shear whole blood viscosity levels between the two groups reached statistical levels(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of zishen yutai pills and progesterone has a better therapeutic effect on threatened abortion patients,which can improve their sexual hormone levels and improve their hemorheological indicators.At the same time,zishen yutai pills side effects are small and safety is high,it is worth of promoting and applying.
