Abstract： Objective To analyze the effect of xianling gubao capsules combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis and its influence on inflammatory factors and quality of life of patients.Methods 100 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to hospital from June 2021 to February 2022 were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group,which were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules,xianling gubao capsules combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,levels of inflammatory factors,bone metabolism,knee function score and quality of life score before and after treatment were compared between groups.Results After 3 months of continuous treatment,the total effective rate of observation group was 92.00%,which was higher than that of control group 76.00%(P＜0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among groups(P＞0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in inflammatory factors,bone metabolism indexes,knee function scores and quality of life scores between groups(P＞0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor α(TNF-α),interleukin-1(IL-1)and carboxy-terminal peptide of type I collagen in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Osteocalcin,osteoprotectin,bone-specific alkaline phosphatase,Lysholm knee function score and ADL score were higher than those of control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of knee osteoarthritis patients,the application value of xianling gubao capsules combined with glucosamine hydrochloride capsules is relatively high.
