Abstract： Objective To investigate the effect of self-made tianqi quyu capsules combined with rivaroxaban on patients with tibial plateau fracture after operation.Methods According to the method of random number table,80 patients with tibial plateau fracture admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to June 2022 were divided into two groups,40 patients in each group,who received surgical treatment.The control group was treated with rivaroxaban after surgery,and the observation group was treated with self-made tianqi quyu capsules combined with rivaroxaban after surgery,all treated for 14 days.Compare the coagulation function,knee joint function,and complications between the two groups.Results The levels of fibrinogen(PT),activated partial thromboplastin time(APPT),and D-dimer(D-D)in the two groups were higher than before surgery on the 1st day after surgery.The D-D levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group on the 7th and 14th day after surgery,with statistical differences(P＜0.05);at 7 days and 14 days after surgery,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of PT and APPT between the two groups(P＞0.05).After treatment,the Rasmussen scores of both groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05);the incidence of postoperative deep vein thrombosis(DVT)in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of self-made tianqi quyu capsules and rivaroxaban can improve the blood coagulation function,reduce the risk of DVT and improve the function of knee joint in patients with tibial plateau fracture after operation.
