Abstract: Objective To establish HPLC method for the determination of ferulic acid in changtongshu granules.Methods The chromatography was performed on Waters SunFire C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm)with acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase at the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The column temperature was 30℃and the detection wavelength was 323nm.Results Ferulic acid had a good linear relationship in the range of 2.47~61.66 μg/mL(r=0.999 9)with good reproducibility and precision.The average recovery rate was 97.40%and RSD was 1.7%.Conclusion The established method has good stability and high accuracy,and can be used as a reference for controlling the quality of changtongshu granules.
