Abstract： Since the implementation of the"two-vote system",new medical insurance policies,industry plans and licensing conditions have been introduced one after another,bringing opportunities and challenges to the development of the pharmaceutical circulation industry.Taking Jiangxi Province as an example,this paper analyzes the main problems in Jiangxi's pharmaceutical circulation industry in terms of industrial concentration,profitability,professional and technical personnel,and regulatory ability from the aspects of market size,number and distribution of enterprises,regulatory situation and major industry policies in Jiangxi pharmaceutical circulation industry,and puts forward development suggestions from the aspects of improving industry concentration,promoting digital transformation,improving service capabilities,and strengthening industry management with multi-party participation,so as to provide reference for the high-quality development of pharmaceutical circulation industry.
