Abstract： The theory of health preservation in Huangdi's Orthodox Classic is popular in current study. The theoryed in this book is ideal and far from our realistic life. We research the practical significance of the theory in Huangdi's Orthodox Classic. The importance of daily diet, sport, rest, and mentality has been discussed in our paper. We emphasized one should pay attention to preventing the disease during whole life. The research of Huangdi's Orthodox Classic is significant in protecting and developing traditional medicine.
