Abstract： Aim To explore the application of 3D printing combined with color ultrasound guided digital subtraction angiog-raphy(DSA)in endovascular interventional surgery for thoracic abdominal aortic aneurysm.Methods 64 patients with thora-coabdominal aortic aneurysm undergoing endovascular intervention surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 32 cases in each group.The control group received DSA intracavity repair of lower abdominal aortic aneurysm,and the observation group received 3D printing combined with color ultrasound guided DSA intracavity repair.The perioperative pa-rameters,contrast agent dosage,renal function index,serum protein level and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The operation time,postoperative fasting time and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The use of contrast agent in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,serum creatinine and urea nitrogen,the levels of serum albumin,globulin and total protein were increased in both groups,and these indicators in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion The application of 3D printing combined with color ultrasound guidance and DSA in endovascular interventional surgery for patients with thoracoabdominal aortic aneurysm has a good effect,which can shorten the operation time,postoperative fasting time and hospital stay,reduce the a-mount of contrast agent,lower the impact on renal function,have less impact on the body's nutritional level,and decrease the inci-dence of complications.
