Abstract： 慢性心力衰竭(Chronic heart failure,CHF)是高血压、缺血性心肌病和心瓣膜病等许多心血管疾病终末期的临床表现.不同的心衰模型,其作用原理、制备方法和模型特点各异,目前常用的造模方法有:药物腹腔注射[1-2]、冠状动脉左前降支结扎[3-4]、快速起搏致心动过速心肌病[5]及通过缩窄主动脉造成压力超负荷[6-7]等.其中缩窄主动脉弓可以通过增加心脏后负荷诱导左室向心性肥厚并最终导致心衰.Rockman等[8]首先通过主动脉弓缩窄(transverse aortic constriction,TAC)建立该小鼠动物模型,之后TAC模型就被广泛用于临床实验动物研究.
