Abstract：急性胰腺炎(acute pancreatitis,AP)是一种可危及生命的胰腺炎性疾病,重症急性胰腺炎患者需入重症监护病房进一步抢救治疗.近年来,其局部并发症治疗发生了相当大的变化,包括多学科综合救治模式,个体化治疗方案,传统开放性手术已逐步被微创治疗所取代.本文主要针对近几年急性胰腺炎局部并发症微创治疗相关研究进展进行综述.
