Abstract：调节性B细胞(regulatoryB cells,Breg)作为B淋巴细胞中一种特殊的亚群,通过产生白介素(interleukin, IL)-10、IL-35、转化生长因子-β等细胞因子,参与消化系统自身免疫性疾病的免疫调节的作用,然而,Breg的表型和表面特异性抗原尚未确定,其潜在的治疗功能需要进一步研究.本文将就Breg在消化系统自身免疫性疾病中的作用进行综述.
