Abstract： Minimally invasive surgery has become an indispensable part of gastric cancer treatment after more than 20 years of rapid development. The change of operation indications, the innovation of minimally invasive devices and surgical technique, and the idea of innovation are hot issues in minimally invasive surgery for gastric cancer. In this paper, we will discuss these hot issues in detail.
