Abstract：精神心理因素与胃食管反流病、肠易激综合征、功能性消化不良等多种胃肠道疾病息息相关,重视精神心理因素在难治性胃食管反流病(refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease,RGERD)中的作用,成为人们讨论的热点.本文重点对精神心理因素在RGERD患者的流行病学、发病机制中的作用、评估及诊治中的注意事项作一综述.
