Abstract： Edmonton方案的提出推动了胰岛移植的加速发展.雷帕霉素作为Edmonton方案中推荐的免疫抑制药物得到了人们更多的关注.雷帕霉素的衍生物(依维莫司、地磷莫司、佐他莫司、替西罗莫司)也引起了人们的兴趣.人们在探讨他们的免疫抑制作用和抗肿瘤作用的同时,发现他们可引起血糖升高等胰岛毒性症状.他们能否成为合适的胰岛移植抗排斥药物还有待进一步研究.本文就雷帕霉素及其衍生物的作用、应用进展和他们对胰岛的毒性作用作一综述.
