Epithelial-mesenchymal transition, inflammatory bowel disease and colitis associated colorectal cancer

Abstract： 慢性炎症可以诱导多种肿瘤的发生.其中,炎症性肠病是引发结直肠癌的最主要风险因素之一.上皮间质转化(epithelial-mesenchymal transition,EMT)可以促进包括结直肠癌在内的多种肿瘤细胞的侵袭、转移.而炎症性肠病慢性炎症中产生的多种炎性细胞因子又能通过一系列途径介导EMT的活化,从而促进结肠炎相关性结直肠癌的发生、发展.本文就近年来EMT与炎症性肠病和结肠炎相关性结直肠癌的研究作一综述,旨在探讨EMT与炎症性肠病和结肠炎相关性结直肠癌之间的关系,同时为结肠炎相关性结直肠癌的临床治疗提供新的思路和方法.
