Abstract：肝转移瘤的早期诊断对患者生存时间的延长至关重要.由于双期扫描在病变定性方面的不足,一种新的CT灌注技术应运而生,他是在同层动态CT及图像处理技术基础上发展起来的,并逐渐被中外学者关注,目前已成功地应用于临床.本文综述其基本原理、计算方法及在肝转移瘤中的应用和成果.
