Abstract: Objective Detection of pregnancy by ultrasound fetal umbilical artery , explore the correlation with the occurrence of fetal distress , analyze the clinical value of its prediction of perinatal prognosis children .Methods 180 ca-ses of 32~41 weeks of single pregnant women by color doppler flow imaging (cdfi) for antenatal examination, to observe fetal umbilical cord around the neck , amniotic fluid acoustic , determination of umbilical artery S/D, RI value, divided into umbilical cord around the neck and umbilical cord around the neck group according to the test results , observe differ-ence of fetal distress incidence;umbilical artery blood flow S/D, RI value of fetal intrauterine distress and no intrauterine distress;And the relationship between fetal umbilical artery blood flow and pregnancy outcomes .Resu lts compared with the group without umbilical cord around the neck , fetal distress rates in umbilical cord around the neck group is higher ( P<0.05 );Fetal intrauterine distress umbilical artery blood flow S /D, RI values were significantly higher than those without fetal distress (P<0.05).Cesarean section rate, amniotic fluid contamination and Apgar score <7 of Umbilical artery blood flow who normal is significantly higher than abnormal (P<0.05).Conclu sions Detected by color Doppler ultrasound of umbilical artery blood flow evaluation Of fetal distress and predict the perinatal prognosis have important clinical value.
