Abstract： 转录组测序(RNA-seq)在分析基因融合、剪接变异、基因表达谱等方面有独特的优势,单细胞RNA-seq为揭示正常组织和肿瘤组织中的细胞异质性提供了强大的工具.随着高通量基因测序技术的普及和成本的迅速下降,RNA-seq在血液肿瘤研究中的应用越来越多.现结合第61届美国血液学会年会的报道对相关研究进展进行介绍.
