Abstract： Multiple myeloma is one of common hematological malignancies. The 57th American Society of Hematology annual meeting has mainly reported the several crucial topics, which covered recent changes to the diagnostic criteria, risk stratification, maintenance therapy, novel combination approaches and chimeric antigen receptors T cells therapy for myeloma in the era of novel agents, and the significances and detection methods of minimal residual disease for myeloma.
