Abstract： Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is the effective method with blood diseases, malignant tumor and some hereditary disease. In hematopoietic stem cell transplantation process, HS/PC homing to hematopoietic organization is the premise to reconstruct the hematopoietic function. Adhesion molecules (AM) on the HS/PC and HIM played a crucial role. This article related AM in transplanting hemopoietic stem cells homing mechanism reviewed the progress.
