Abstract： 青少年特发性脊柱侧弯(adolescent idiopathic scoliosis,AIS)是一种病因不明的脊柱三维畸形,临床表现为脊柱在冠状面上弯曲＞10°的畸形,可能与遗传基因、激素代谢障碍、神经系统异常相关[1],发病率为1％～3％[2],好发于10～16岁青少年,严重影响其脊柱正常发育,易导致姿势异常,躯干畸形、腰背疼痛、焦虑、抑郁等日常身心健康问题,严重者可出现心肺功能异常、瘫痪等,甚至危及生命[3].现报道推拿手法结合八段锦功法训练治疗AIS病案1则,为临床中医治疗提供参考.
