Abstract： 舌咽神经为第九对颅神经,舌咽神经痛(glossopharyngeal neuralgia,GPN)是临床少见的顽固性疼痛综合征[1],也称迷走-舌咽神经痛[2],表现为舌咽神经或迷走神经耳、咽支支配区的阵发性剧烈疼痛[3-4],位置较深,程度强于三叉神经痛[5].GPN发病率为(0.7～0.8)/10万[6-8].存在泛化痛现象(或为"溢流痛"),扳机点位于咽喉部,可因讲话、吞咽、咳嗽、打哈欠等诱发疼痛[9-10].
