Abstract： 间质性膀胱炎/膀胱疼痛综合征(IC/BPS)是一种慢性、复杂性泌尿系统疾病,严重影响患者生活质量,现代医学尚无特效治疗手段.庞然教授根据古今医家观点,结合多年临证经验,认为本病的中医病机以正虚为本,湿热为标,瘀血阻络贯穿本病始终,在扶正固本治疗的基础上,重用活血药及虫类药以化瘀通络,临床疗效显著.阐明IC/BPS的病因病机,总结扶正活血通络法临床辨治体会,分析有效案例,为临床同行提供参考.
