Abstract: Objective To observe the effect of Chinese herbal medicine soaking with intradermal needling on clinical efficacy,T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory cytokines in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods The data of 71 children diagnosed as mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in Beijing Children's Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University from January 2022 to December 2022 were analyzed retrospectively.All children received intravenous drip of Azithromycin and symptomatic treatment,including cough and expectoration,antipyretic,oxygen support and sputum aspiration.On the basis of the control group,traditional Chinese herbal medicine soaking with intradermal needling were used for auxiliary treatment.The clinical efficacy,improvement time of clinical symptoms,T lymphocyte subsets before and after treatment,and serum inflammatory factor levels between the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group showed significantly shorter fever relief time,lung rale disappearance time,cough relief time,X-ray lung shadow disappearance time,and average hospitalization days compared to the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets and inflammatory factors between the control group and the observation group before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,CD8+,CRP,IL-5、IL-6,IFN-y level decreased compared to before treatment in the control group,while the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+increased significantly(P<0.05);CD8+,CRP,IL-5,IL-6,IFN-γ level decreased after treatment compared to before treatment in observation group,while the levels of CD4+and CD4+/CD8+increased significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion On the basis of Azithromycin intravenous therapy,the combination of Chinese herbal medicine soaking with intradermal needling can significantly shorten the time of fever relief,the time of lung rale disappearance,the time of cough relief,the time of X-ray lung shadow disappearance and the average hospitalization days in children,and the therapeutic effect is better than that of children who only accepted Azithromycin intravenous therapy.And it can improve the immune dysfunction of children and reduce inflammatory reactions.
