Abstract： In order to improve the medical level of young doctors and medical students and avoid the errors in the process of diagnosis and trcatment,the preoperative by junior doctor for patients to complete the operation plans and sections.Plans to slide in the form of display,based on history,physical examination and auxiliary examination report,put forward on the basis of parallel diagnesis and differential diagnosis,through access to relevant data,choose the proper operation and optimal internal fixation,understand the incision,operation essentials,the response in the operative special circumstances and postoperative treatment.Operation plan report system for young doctors not only becomes an important teaching method,but also it is the guarantee of patient operation quality and security.Recommendation for hospital to fully implement the operation plan system is to promote teaching and ensure medical security.
