The Chinese Journal of Medical Education , formerly named “Medical Education ”, is an academic journal of medical education sponsored by the Chinese Medical Association and also a journal of Medical Education Committee of the Chinese Medical Association. It is the earliest journal (1981) and the earliest for publication at home and abroad in medical education. For the 28 years since its publication it has played a positive role in the medical education reform and development with the concerns of leaders at different levels and the support of medical institutions and readers. It is to serve medical and pharmaceutical institutions, secondary health and nursing schools, and different hospitals and administrative organizations for health. The readers include the faculty and students of medical schools, the physicians and nurses of hospitals and the administrators of health organizations, etc. The Chinese Journal of Medical Education is devoted to improving its quality so as to serve medical education and medical education workers well in China.
