Abstract： Objective To study the stress indices of medical university undergraduates.Methods 781 medical university undergraduates were tested by questionnaire of life events.Results The most stress was the death of father or mother,the stress of the rest life events were calculated by the quotient which average of the death of father (mother) divides average of every life event.Different kind of life events stressed medical university undergraduates.Medical university undergraduates faced more learning events.Conclusions The stress indices of medical university undergraduates were characteristic,and the mental health education needed characteristic model.
