Abstract: With the medical model turn to “biology-psychology-society” model,it is stricter for the quality of health personnel,especially the humanistic qualities.Medical education should conform to the requirements of the social development ; enhance the humanities quality of medical students.It is not only study scientific knowledge but also the humanities knowledge the medical students should study.The humanities of medical implies that it is necessary for medical personnel not only the scientific knowledge and medical skills but also the high humanistic quality.As the guide for he healthy development of undergraduate studenl,college instmetors assume the responsibility about the ideological and political education of university students,quality education,daily behavior management,employment guidance and services,mental health education and counseling,life counseling work.College instructors play an important rule in the humanities quality education of medical students and have a special status in the mind of medical students.The moral character of instructors will impact on the future practice patterns of students.
