Abstract： The training of the medical undergraduate' s innovation ability is the important content and main research subject of the modem medical education.President HU Jin-tao clearly states that we should further cultivate the undergraduate' s innovation ability in his statement of Tsinghua University's 100-anniversary.The paper discussed how to train innovation ability in the mechanism and environment of innovation and in the theory,experiment and bed-side teaching on our teaching practice for many years.
