Abstract： The phenomenon of "job-hunting difficulties" among medical graduates caused widespread concern in society.Furthermore,the post-graduate student groups also face more severe employment situation recently.In this paper,the author analyzes the possible reasons behind the phenomenon including the irrational structure of medical education,obsolete educational philosophy,the "research only" training mode and so on.The author also raises the corresponding countermeasures in the end,such as enrich the training program,simplify the educational levels,and reinforce the quality education.
