Abstract: University research-based teaching is a kind of teaching model which can guide students to actualize research-based learning through the organic integration of teaching and research.It not only is the inevitable requirement of cultivating talents with the abilities to research and innovate and practice,but also is the important way of promoting combination of university teaching and researching to benefit both teaching and learning.Research-based teaching has been concerned and pondered in China' s medical universities,but it is still limited by several factors not to become widespread.The purpose of this paper is to seek broader consensus to get wider applications,through studying fundamental analysis,reform practice,countermeasures and suggestions of research-based teaching in the high medical education.
