Abstract： Tacit knowledge can only be sensed but hard to be explained in words, which exist in modem medicine widely and become more and more important.Knowledge is organized, liquid and dynamic, therefore, tacit knowledge need to be delivered by socialization.Tacit knowledge of modem medicine and clinical medicine in teaching hospital was introduced to explore it' s the delivery methods in clinical surgery, which may provide reference to improve teaching quality of clinical surgery in teaching hospital.
