Abstract： This paper construed a modern outlook of teaching-human-based teaching outlook of development, guide by scientific outlook of development, It synthesized scientific outlook of development,contemporary view of teaching and practice and it also absorbed findings of human and teaching theory.It have there basic views: one is theme view-student' s development-oriented, the other is the key viewstudents-subjective initiative, the third is the practice view-development strategy of teaching.
