Abstract： In-depth counseling for medical students is an important measure to execute ideological and political education, which takes comprehensive development of medical students as the goal.In this work, scientific and effective methods should be used.According to the requirements of Beijing Municipal Commission of Education and Capital Medical University, " Edwards Deming cycle" quality control method was applied to in-depth counseling in Beijing Tongren Hospital so as to achieve good effect.
