Abstract： Creative teachers are important prerequisite to foster and enhance high-quality and creative talents.One important aspect that affects a teacher's creativity is his creative characteristics.From the perspectives of creation of teaching thought, teaching methods and teacher-student relationship, the impact of teachers' creative characteristics on nurturing creative talents in pharmacology teaching was discussed in this paper.
