Abstract： Clinical practice is an important content of medical education. The titled physician act of China dose not involve clinical practice directly, but it's some regulates such as one can' t engage in physician work without titled physician certificate and the law responsibility of physician work without certif-icate make medical student's clinical practice's eligibility challenging.
