Abstract: To meet the needs of nation's medical and health services, according to the" global mini-mal essential requirements (GMER)", our medical school improve the traditional medical discipline-based curriculum which shows the deficiencies that pre-and post-curriculums are fragmented and content of cour-ses is crossed too much, and establish 243 curriculum system which is a curriculum program consisting of core courses and optional course supermarket. Starting off with founding cultural competence-oriented edu-cation plat and creativity and practice education plat, we create a positive, progressive campus culture, construct a recessive curriculum environment, and implement all-round education. Around this teaching i-dea, we continually deepen the reform of medical education, promote the medical educational quality, set up a clinical practice education plat, to promote students professional skills and professional development. This article will introduce the construction and the content of the 243-course system and innovative medical talents.
