Abstract： "Ranibizumab给黄斑变性患者带来了希望"令人惊喜地被美国《科学》杂志评为2006年度十大科学进展之一.Ranibizumab是一种非选择性的血管内皮生长因子抗体.临床研究表明,它不仅使多数患者保持视力稳定,更有约1/3的患者视力得到改善,可有效地治疗渗出型老年性黄斑变性.但对其长期效果仍需进行深入的观察,昂贵的价格也限制了其广泛的临床应用.
