Abstract: 目的 观察模拟200 m快速上浮脱险对大鼠肝脏糖皮质激素受体(GR)转录水平表达的影响,探讨这一应激方式对机体的损伤机制.方法 SD大鼠30只,随机分为5组:正常对照组6只,模拟快速上浮脱险后1、2、4、24 h各6只.用RT-PCR方法 检测大鼠肝脏GR mRNA表达水平.结果 GRmRNA在大鼠肝脏中多量表达;模拟快速上浮脱险后其表达水平迅速降低(P<0.01),以后随时间延长逐渐恢复,24 h基本恢复至正常.结论 模拟快速上浮脱险可一过性下调肝脏GR mRNA表达.
