Abstract： 目的研究海上大深度饱和潜水对潜水员血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)含量的影响.方法用ELISA法检测8名潜水员在饱和潜水前、后血清IL-6、IL-8的含量.结果饱和暴露前、后潜水员血清中IL-6、IL-8含量均在正常范围内,但饱和潜水后血清中IL-6(0.82±0.23)ng/L、IL-8(41.72±0.34)ng/L含量非常显著地高于饱和潜水前测定值(P＜0.01).结论本次大深度饱和潜水潜水员免疫功能的两项指标均在正常生理范围内波动.
