Abstract： Objective To observe the effect of Shu Xin Huo Xue decoction in the treatment of CHD.Methods 58cases of patients with CHD were randomized into two groups. 30 cases in the therapeutic group took Shu Xin Huo Xue decoction, and 28 Cases in the control group took Isosorbide Dinitrate 、Compound Danshen tablets and so on. 4 weeks later, the attack times of angina pectoris, ECG, and the improvements of symptoms of the patients in the two groups were observed for the comparison of the effects. Results The attack times 、ECG and the improvements of symptoms of the therapeutic group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion Shu Xin Huo Xue decoction is effective in the treatment of angina pectoris.
