Abstract: Objective To explore the surgical treatment of patients with rectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of the clinical data of surgical treatment were performed in 64 rectal cancer patients. Results In this series, tumor radical curative rate was87.5% , the postoperative complication rate was 26.2% , the operative death rate was 3.3%, the anus-re-tained operation rate was 69. 4%, and the bowel control satisfaction rate of patients was 84%. Conclusion Proper perioperative managementmay improve the operative effect. The patients with rectal cancer subject to the anus-retained operation have a reasonable expectation of acceptable continence.
